Booking & Payment
All studio bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed after the required payment or advance payment is received.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made in advance. Refunds or booking adjustments will depend on the applicable booking terms and notice period.
Studio Usage & Responsibility
Clients are responsible for maintaining proper conduct and taking care of the studio, equipment, furniture, and other property during their booking.
By booking or using Barsana Studios, you agree to follow all studio rules and maintain a safe and professional environment. Any additional time, equipment, services, or special requirements may involve extra charges. Clients must complete their shoot within the booked time slot, and additional time will be subject to availability and applicable charges. Any damage caused to studio property or equipment may result in repair or replacement charges. Barsana Studios will not be responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Any special setup or equipment requirements should be communicated before the booking. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings in cases involving misconduct, safety concerns, violation of studio rules, or other unforeseen circumstances. Barsana Studios may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
